By accessing or using FunnelMob's website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

FunnelMob provides mobile analytics, ad attribution, funnel tracking, and AI-powered insights for mobile applications. Our Services include the FunnelMob dashboard, SDK, API, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent

5. Data Ownership

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you exceed your plan's event limits, you may be required to upgrade to continue accessing all features.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by FunnelMob and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelMob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
